Outpatient Procedure Transportation
Transportation for eligible outpatient procedures, with the option for us to wait and take you home afterward. It is one less thing to arrange on a day that already has enough going on.
Before you book: Your transportation and escort arrangements must meet the surgical facility’s discharge requirements. Many facilities require a responsible adult escort after anesthesia or sedation, and our ride alone may not meet that rule. Please check with your facility and share their requirements with us before scheduling.

Personalized Private Transportation
Prearranged rides to other approved destinations, based on availability and service area. You get the same punctual, courteous service for the errands, visits and plans that matter to you.

Pricing
One-way transportation pricing
Simple distance-based rates with no surprises. Choose the level of service that fits the passenger.
Ambulatory Transportation
For passengers who can get into and out of the vehicle independently or with minimal assistance. Passengers who use walkers are welcome, provided they can safely enter and exit the vehicle without wheelchair-accessible transportation or extensive physical assistance.

Door-to-Door Transportation
A premium service for passengers who need extra help getting from the pickup location to the vehicle, and from the vehicle to the entrance of their destination. This can include help navigating the entrance and safely reaching the right drop-off point. It does not include lifting, wheelchair transportation or hands-on personal care.

Round-trip pricing
Round-trip rates cover the ride to your destination and the return trip, and cost $10 less than booking two one-way rides. Distances are measured each way.

If the driver needs to stay at the facility during your appointment or procedure, wait-time fees are charged separately. For trips over 15 miles, final pricing may need to be confirmed by our team.

Wait Time
$25 per 30 min
Charged when the driver waits at the facility during your appointment or procedure.
Late Cancellation
$25 per trip
Applies when a confirmed ride is cancelled late.
No-Show
100% of ride fee
Applies when the passenger is not available at the scheduled pickup.
Additional Stop
$10 per trip
For an extra stop added along the way.
How booking works: Ride requests made by phone or through our online booking form are not confirmed bookings until our team reviews and approves them. We will contact you to confirm your ride, fare and any fees.
Who We Serve
Ambulatory passengers who can enter and exit the vehicle with appropriate assistance. Walkers are welcome; please mention yours when you request a ride so we can confirm we can accommodate you.
Door-to-door assistance is available for passengers who need additional help getting to and from their destination for an additional fee.
What We Do Not Provide
Wheelchair-accessible transportation, stretcher transportation or emergency medical services. In a medical emergency, call 911.
